DailyFeats SMS: Terms of Service

1. These SMS messages are operated by DailyFeats as part of the DailyFeats online service. Different types of opt-in have different frequencies; for example, Daily Feat Fuel messages are sent once every day, while responses to your check-ins or to activities in a Walgreens store are sent in response to texts from you. If you choose to receive reminders for a specific feat, those reminders may come at any time.

2.Whether you opt-in via our website or by sending an SMS to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. You can cancel at any time. Just text "STOP" to 617-396-7810. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 617-396-7810. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

4. Other supported commands include: "MYFEATS" to get a list of your habits, or any feat name (such as "!running") to check it in.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency depends on the user's interaction. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
