Morley Ivers

An experienced entrepreneur and loyalty-program marketplace expert, specializing in strategy, partnership development, management and operations within rapid-growth business environments, Morley is focused on using these skills to disrupt and create to create new markets where applying his passion for behavior change develops unique execution models that benefit society while driving meaningful financial returns. As President and COO of DailyFeats, Morley acts on that passion, leading the development of a scalable, compelling, high-performance, consumer-facing, partnership-based loyalty program model that encourages DailyFeats members to engage in a wide variety of positive actions, and aligns brands with people becoming healthier and happier.

Previously, Morley led the Rewards Team at RecycleBank and had global responsibility for developing and executing the RecycleBank Rewards Program as their Chief Rewards Officer. His primary mandate was to drive revenue through the development of a scalable loyalty program that exponentially increases recycling rates and encourages members to engage in a wide variety of environmentally responsible actions. Morley is the named co-inventor on three of RecycleBank's patent applications, and his team was responsible for establishing over 3000 national, regional and local reward partnerships. Prior to his departure, Morley proudly accepted Colloquy's 2010 Loyalty Marketing Innovation Award at Loyalty Summit.

Morley has extensive experience working at the officer level of early to mid-stage ventures as well as more mature, publicly listed, corporations. Previously, Morley acted in the capacity of GM for Air Incentive, a loyalty incentive program fueled by frequent flyer miles, whereby clients could provide their customers with a choice of airline miles as an incentive for utilizing their services. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Business Strategy for Points International, a publicly traded corporation that increases shareholder value through the development of proprietary solutions to the loyalty industry and operates Points.com, a reward program management portal.

He was also CEO and Co-Founder of American Family Safety Inc., an organization that retails 72-hour emergency preparedness kits to the private and public sectors. Early in his career, Morley acted as Vice-President and Co-founder of College Home Safety, a national direct-to-consumer sales distributor of carbon monoxide alarms; GM and Founder of HmPg.com, which was a pioneer of do-it-yourself web development software in 1994; Manager of Special Projects for Webhelp.com; and he worked for IBM while attending university.

Morley is a sought-after public speaker, and enjoys contributing to the success of other entrepreneurs focused on improving the world. Morley recently took the main stage as a Speaker at Loyalty World USA, Las Vegas, NV; he was as Speaker and Expert Panelist at Mobile Health 2011, Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA; he provided the General Session Keynote at LoyaltyExpo 2010, Orlando, FL; he participated as an Expert Roundtable Speaker on Loyalty at The Direct Marketing Association's Annual Conference, 2010, San Francisco, CA; he is a regular participant and gave the General Session Speech at the 2010 Colloquy Loyalty Marketing Summit, Phoenix, AZ; he spoke at MIA Green 2010, Miami, FL; held the stage as a Speaker at National Retail Federation's 2008 Conference, New York, NY; and is a multi-time guest lecturer at his alma mater, the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario.

Morley is a Dean's Honor List graduate of The Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. Morley was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and relocated his family to New York so that he could apply his passion for loyalty and reward programs to better the world for Celeste, Hudson and Spencer, his wife and young sons.
