In turn we ask for honesty from our members. The integrity of their participation is integral to the success of DailyFeats. Although we will always maximize the extent to which we can verify feats' accuracy independently, we trust them to approach the process respectfully.
Our members drive and animate all our feats, so we will strive to create feats that substantially contribute to the betterment of our members, according to our research and best judgment. This process of iteration and growth will help us build the best library of positive actions in existence.

We seek partnerships where our missions and purposes are aligned. We will partner with organizations that can, in collaboration with us, create good in the world.
With our partners, we will promote actions that arelegitimately, objectively valuable for individuals and the world, according to our best independent judgment. The value of every action will supersede its commercial interests.
We believe that profits should be used both to grow a successful business and to create good in the world. Those goals are co-dependent: a company can only create good with the support of financial success, and a company is only truly "successful" if it is creating good.
IV. DailyFeats and Its Team
As a collective, our Team operates collaboratively, openly, honestly, and with understanding. We take care of one another, both in professional and personal capacities, and we communicate freely. It is always acceptable for DailyFeats team members to express concerns or grievances with each other or the company, and those concerns will always be dealt with promptly.
At DailyFeats every voice is heard. No team member is ever excluded from debate and decision-making if they have something relevant to say. Status and titles are unimportant to us.
We believe in freedom to work. We expect our team members to independently find ways to meet all their work responsibilities quickly, thoroughly, accountably, and reliably.
We believe in initiative. Our team members should never wait around for instructions; if there's a problem to be solved, they should solve it, and they should always challenge themselves to make DailyFeats better.
We believe in analysis. Data and logic drive our decisions. When we work from assumptions, we make them knowingly and in a targeted way, and we always test them against available data.
We believe in accountability. Because this is an open work environment with high levels of independence and responsibility for every team member, decisions and outcomes must be accounted for.
